Project Brief:
An internal SharePoint landing page and resource hub for LTS Enablement Programs, giving Sales Reps,
CS&S Reps, and their Managers one place to find the training that helps them sell better.
Description:
Required courses lived across scattered links and CSOD, so Reps and Managers missed deadlines simply because they couldn't tell what applied to them. I mapped how each audience would arrive at the page and what they'd need to know in the first ten seconds, and built the wireframe around that: a landing page that surfaces mandatory programs first, with optional courses in a secondary tier.
From there the hub splits into Sales and CS&S tracks, each opening into a course catalog built on a filterable
tile system — filter by role and by mandatory-by-quarter so a reps can see their own required work, with every tile routing cleanly through to CSOD. Past quarters stay archived in the same filterable structure, so completed training remains easy to revisit and mid-year onboarding can point back to earlier material.
Business Outcome:
Course completion rates rose 10–20% after launch. The gain came from clarity rather than new content —
the filter system and tiered landing page let users immediately see what was mandatory versus optional and when it was due, removing the guesswork that had been driving missed deadlines. The quarterly archive extended that value past launch, turning the hub into a durable reference library instead of a page that resets every quarter.
AI Tools:
Used Copilot and Gemini to generate and refine the code behind the filter logic and the course catalog tile components — letting me prototype and iterate on interaction patterns directly in SharePoint rather than handing specs off and waiting on a build cycle.
