Project Brief Design a centralized SharePoint ecosystem for LinkedIn's Global Scaled Engagement team to replace scattered emails, outdated docs, and ad-hoc outreach with a single, reliable source of truth for Marketing and Sales.

Description Marketing and Sales lacked a consistent, up-to-date place to find team priorities, assets, and program information, forcing reliance on guesswork and slowing teams down. Partnering with the MAES team,
I applied learning experience design, storytelling, information architecture, and user-centric flow to consolidate work across three SharePoint sites (Global Scaled Engagement, Third-Party Events, and Marketing Assisted Events) into an intuitive, scalable structure. The result is a hub teams can self-serve, finding the right information at the right time and activating priorities and resources with clarity.

Tools & Methods Information architecture, learning experience design, content structuring, and visual design. Leveraged AI to build the code powering the self-service resource information.

Business Outcome Empowered Marketing and Sales to self-serve priorities and resources without dependence on email cascades, accelerating pipeline, driving product adoption, and supporting customer engagement at scale (expanding reach 2–4x across managed customers). Success was measured by Sales stakeholders explicitly advocating for how easy the content was to find, understand, and activate.
